Here is a picture of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed who will be put on trial in New York for the events of 9-11. A Khalid Sheikh Mohammed press conference by AG Eric Holders will make the announcement Friday.
Three other men will be tried in New York federal court along with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. However others including Abd ah-rhim al-Nashiri will be tried by a military commission.
Obama has said of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed that he will be “subject to the most exacting demands of justice.”
“I’m absolutely convinced that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be the subject to the most exacting demands of justice. The American people insist on it and my administration insists on it.”
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was born in Toronto.
