13 years ago, the InfraGard National Members Alliance was started by FBI and is an alliance between the FBI and 34000 vetted members of FBI in an order to provide two way rapid interface with the Bureau and the leaders.
Three days ago on 21st December, 2009 the elections for the president and chairman of the INMA held and there Dr. Kathleen Kierman reelected as chairman for second time and Ms. Dyann Bradbury elected as the President of the InfrGard National Members Alliance.
Ms. Bradbury, who is an Associate Director of Compliance for Digital River, has been a part of the Board of Directors for the INMA and besides this she has served various leadership roles within InfrGard including as President and VP of the InfraGard Nebraska, Vice President of Regional Communications-INMA, InfraGard Regional Representative for the West Region and 2006 Awards Committee Chair.
Former President Ron Dick says that during a period of past 18 months which I spent working with her, I found her very hardworking and knowledgeable regarding infrastructure protection issues. He says she is well prepared to lead us moving forward and he is sure that she will try to improve the security of our nation.
Dr. Kathleen Kiernan, who is a graduate of the FBI’s National Executive Institute Class 26, has an experience of 29 years in Federal Law Enforcement and besides this, she has also served as the Assistant Director for the Office of Strategic Intelligence and Information for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
