Here is a picture of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed who will be put on trial in New York for the events of 9-11. A Khalid Sheikh Mohammed press conference by AG Eric Holders will make the announcement Friday.

Three other men will be tried in New York federal court along with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. However others including Abd ah-rhim al-Nashiri will be tried by a military commission.
