Octomom Nadya Suleman’s doctor has been slapped with a disciplinary complaint by the California Medical Board. The board’s executive director, Barbara Johnson, says that Dr. Michael Kamrava exhibited “gross negligence” and “beyond reasonable judgment” by helping Suleman conceive eight children via IVF.
