Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson, ex-girlfriend of Courtenay Semel and fiancee of Tila Tequila, has passed away.

Tila Tequila, who referred to Johnson as her “wife”, posted the unfortunate news just minutes ago on Twitter:
