    Tickets for the World Football Challenge (worldfootballchallenge.com) went on sale today. The World Football Challenge comes to Los Angeles and five other cities in one week, a creation by CAA Sports, a division of CAA Agency in Beverly Hills.

    The event is July 19 to 26, 2009 and features:

    Chelsea FC
    AC Milan
    Internazionale Milano
    Club America

    Chelsea’s Peter Kenyon says of the event:

    “It gives us the opportunity to really capitalize on the growing support of the game. It’s utilizing the team — on the back of broadcast — to go and support football development, soccer development, and also allow our fans, who are an ever-growing number, to come and touch the holy grail if you like.”
